Niki King is an award winning singer, writer and producer. King’s accolades include; winner of the prestigious UK Perrier Jazz Vocalist Award, The Scottish Style Award and The Spirit Of Scotland Music Medal.
King has released five studio albums to great acclaim and toured extensively around the world, performing at renowned music venues and festivals such as; The Blue Note (New York & Tokyo), Ronnie Scott’s, The Jazz Café (London), Maggie Choos (Bangkok), The Edinburgh International Festival, The Royal Concert Hall (Glasgow), T-in the Park and Glastonbury.
Additional highlights include being invited to open and perform as a special guest for music legends Al Green and the Average White Band and more recently for US jazz star Gregory Porter. King has written and recorded with revered Incognito producer Bluey Maunick after being championed by Worldwide DJ Gilles Peterson and has worked alongside some of the world's leading jazz musicians. King's last album of original music was recorded in New York, after King relocated to Manhatten, 'It's All Good', features the cream of the city's talent who have collectively worked with music stars including Prince, Jay Z, The Skatalites and Michael Buble.
